Jordan K. Hubbard	1130b656e5	Make the long-awaited change from $Id$ to $FreeBSD$ ... This will make a number of things easier in the future, as well as (finally!) avoiding the Id-smashing problem which has plagued developers for so long. Boy, I'm glad we're not using sup anymore. Peter Wemm	d58a9efd01	Update the resolver include files to bind-4.9.3-beta24 level (from beta9p1) ... Note: this was done by selective patching from diffs by hand, in order to not conflict with the 4.4BSD base code. Beta9 was done the same way.
