95800776eb Fix a warning that showed up on 64 bit systems. It was actually a real
bug that had been swept under the carpet.

65e05c6a3f utmp.ut_time and lastlog.ll_time are explicitly int32_t rather than
time_t. Deal with the possibility that time_t != int32_t. This boils
down to this sort of thing:
 -   time(&ut.ut_time);
 +   ut.ut_time = time(NULL);
and similar for ctime(3) etc. I've kept it minimal for the stuff
that may need to be portable (or 3rd party code), but used Matt's time32
stuff for cases where that isn't as much of a concern.

d32eb3ca60 Made sure the string formated by strftime() is properly
null-terminated.

Fixed a wrong if statement which should test a string is
empty where in fact it tested the string pointer was NULL.

Should go to RELENG_2_1 and RELENG_2_2.

9c0cd3f9df Make the long-awaited change from $Id$ to $FreeBSD$

avoiding the Id-smashing problem which has plagued developers for so long.

Boy, I'm glad we're not using sup anymore. This update would have been
insane otherwise.
