Merge conflicts into Binutils 2.10.1.
This fixes the i386 config bits, merge in the Alpha bits, and adds
arm32 & sparc bits.

Configuration changes to support FreeBSD. The linker only works for
ELF, not a.out. But all the other tools support both. I'm not so
sure about the assembler -- it might need more work.
