handling UFS2 pushes this over the edge.
Use the .../mount/extern.h to get prototypes of the functions we
borrow from there. Constify things to match. (why aren't these
functions in a lib anyway ?)

The way the "df diskdevice" thing works for unmounted diskdevices
is not very general.

This will make a number of things easier in the future, as well as (finally!)
avoiding the Id-smashing problem which has plagued developers for so long.
Boy, I'm glad we're not using sup anymore. This update would have been
insane otherwise.
