2dfc696ef1 VERSATILEPB: Unbreak after r355796
r355796 provided genkbd_get_fkeystr/genkbd_diag private and the default for
get_fkeystr/diag if these members are NULL. Follow suit here.

4434de9643 kbd drivers: use kbdd_* indirection for diag invocation
These invocations were directly calling enkbd_diag(), rather than
indirection back through kbdd_diag/kbdsw. While they're functionally
equivent, invoking kbdd_diag where feasible (i.e. not in a diag
implementation) makes it easier to visually identify locking needs in these
other drivers.

80d6dbeea0 Remove more needless <sys/tty.h> includes
As part of my journey to make it easy to determine what's relying on tty
bits, remove a couple more. Some of these just outright didn't need it,
while others did rely on <sys/tty.h> pollution for mutex headers.

af3dc4a7ca sys/arm: further adoption of SPDX licensing ID tags.
Mainly focus on files that use BSD 2-Clause license, however the tool I
was using misidentified many licenses so this was mostly a manual - error
prone - task.

The Software Package Data Exchange (SPDX) group provides a specification
to make it easier for automated tools to detect and summarize well known
opensource licenses. We are gradually adopting the specification, noting
that the tags are considered only advisory and do not, in any way,
superceed or replace the license texts.

5d7c109fb9 [versatilepb] Fix keyboard driver after switching to upstream DTS
FreeBSD's DTS contained only one PL050 node and driver considered it to
be PS/2 keyboard. In reality PL050 is a PS/2 port that pushes bytes to/from
the periphers connected to it. New DTS contains two nodes and QEMU emulates
keyboard connected to port #0 and mouse connected to port #1. Since there
is no way to say what's connected to port by checking DTS we hardcode
this knowledge in the driver: it assumes keyboard on port #0 and ignores
port #1 altogether.

Also QEMU defaults emulated keyboard to scan code set 2 while driver used
to work with scan code set 1 so when initializing driver make sure keyboard
is switched to scan code set 1

add35ed5b8 Follow r261352 by updating all drivers which are children of simplebus
to check the status property in their probe routines.

Simplebus used to only instantiate its children whose status="okay"
but that was improper behavior, fixed in r261352. Now that it doesn't
check anymore and probes all its children; the children all have to
do the check because really only the children know how to properly
interpret their status property strings.

Right now all existing drivers only understand "okay" versus something-
that's-not-okay, so they all use the new ofw_bus_status_okay() helper.

6489412064 Remove #include <machine/frame.h> from all the arm code that doesn't
really need it. That would be almost everywhere it was included. Add
it in a couple files that really do need it and were previously getting
it by accident via another header.
