Fix the master yppasswd routines, so they really work

for root on ypmaster. Fix ypclnt_havepasswdd() to work
for AF_LOCAL connections.

Change the name for the local unix-socket based protocol

from "unix" back to "local". Add some compat stuff so both
ways work for some time.
