Make the long-awaited change from $Id$ to $FreeBSD$
...
This will make a number of things easier in the future, as well as (finally!)
avoiding the Id-smashing problem which has plagued developers for so long.
Boy, I'm glad we're not using sup anymore. This update would have been
insane otherwise.

Fix the consistent mistranslation of Linux's get_fs_word() and
...
put_fs_word() to fuword() and suword(). Linux words are 16 bits
but BSD words are 32-bits, at least on vax's. Writing a too-large
word trashed the neighbouring short word.
