Make the long-awaited change from $Id$ to $FreeBSD$
...
This will make a number of things easier in the future, as well as (finally!)
avoiding the Id-smashing problem which has plagued developers for so long.
Boy, I'm glad we're not using sup anymore. This update would have been
insane otherwise.

Fix a couple of bogus casts to off_t that caused dumpfs to lseek negative

on filesystems > 2GB (which causes the disk slice code to call Debugger!!)

Convert to our man installation style. Also fixed long-standing bug

in `fastboot'/`fasthalt' in which the interpreter would hang around
after `reboot' or `halt' is run, causing an irritating ``Killed'' message.
