David E. O'Brien	a5b5101f5e	Move the bktr(4) <arch>/include/ioctl_{bt848,meteor}.h files to dev/bktr as these ioctl's aren't MD. This also means they are installed in /usr/include/dev/bktr now. Also provide compatability wrappers for where these headers lived in 4.x.	2003-12-08 07:22:42 +00:00
Alexander Langer	8abdc2eb40	Sweep through the tree fixing mmap() usage: - Use MAP_FAILED instead of the constant -1 to indicate failure (required by POSIX). - Removed flag arguments of '0' (required by POSIX). - Fixed code which expected an error return of 0. - Fixed code which thought any address with the high bit set was an error. - Check for failure where no checks were present.
