For mbuf statistics: also keep track of m_copym() and
m_pullup() failures, and provide for the user's inspection
the compiled-in values of MSIZE, MHLEN, MCLBYTES, and MINCLSIZE.
This will make a number of things easier in the future, as well as (finally!)
avoiding the Id-smashing problem which has plagued developers for so long.
