48f1ce6489 Convert an unused banner from skeleton.c into a comment. 
It is added to every generated files and fix build at certain warning level with clang 3.4

98e903e7a0 Import byacc from invisible island, it brings us lots of compatibilities with 
bison, keeping full compatibility with our previous yacc implementation.

Also bring the ability to create reentrant parser
