Make the long-awaited change from $Id$ to $FreeBSD$
...
This will make a number of things easier in the future, as well as (finally!)
avoiding the Id-smashing problem which has plagued developers for so long.
Boy, I'm glad we're not using sup anymore. This update would have been
insane otherwise.

Function in this module bloodly called 'gethostname' and linked
...
with all pgms, you can imagine results!
Change 'gethostname' -> 'ntp_gettime', I don't know what real name
must be here but try to guess.
