1130b656e5 Make the long-awaited change from $Id$ to $FreeBSD$
This will make a number of things easier in the future, as well as (finally!)
avoiding the Id-smashing problem which has plagued developers for so long.

Boy, I'm glad we're not using sup anymore.  This update would have been
insane otherwise.

f0cb4b02d1 Add a wormcontrol(8) utility. This is needed in order to prepare
worm(4) for actual work.
