Robert Drehmel e31d11c36a Add the 'restrict' type qualifier to the prototypes of `sigaction', ... `sigprocmask', `sigaltstack', and `sigwait' as well as to the prototypes of the apparantly unimplemented functions `sigtimedwait' and `sigwaitinfo'.
