Jordan K. Hubbard 1130b656e5 Make the long-awaited change from $Id$ to $FreeBSD$ This will make a number of things easier in the future, as well as (finally!) avoiding the Id-smashing problem which has plagued developers for so long. README file for directory ./ntptrace of the NTP Version 3 distribution

This directory contains the sources for the ntptrace utility program. See
the README and RELNOTES files in the parent directory for directions on
how to make and install this program. The current version number of this
program is in the version.c file.
