Mateusz Guzik 6fa079fc3f vfs: flatten vop vectors
This eliminates the following loop from all VOP calls:

while(vop != NULL && \
    vop->vop_spare2 == NULL && vop->vop_bypass == NULL)
        vop = vop->vop_default;
