Seigo Tanimura 960ed29c4b Revert the change of #includes in sys/filedesc.h and sys/socketvar.h. Requested by: bde Since locking sigio_lock is usually followed by calling pgsigio(), move the declaration of sigio_lock and the definitions of SIGIO_*() to sys/signalvar.h. This protocol implements IPX/SPX over Ethernet_II frame type 0x8137.
Please note: the SPX implementation may require further work and testing
to insure proper operation.
