Alexander Kabaev dc0f86a25d Use '_end' symbol instead of 'end' to initialize minbrk and curbrk ... variables. Both symbols are set to the same value by the linker, and _end symbol has less chances to clash with application defined global symbols. alpha, ia64 and sparc64 ports already use _end, i386 is now consistent with them.
