freebsd-dev/include/kvm.h
Bruce Evans 34597fa67f Oops, the previous log message should have been:
Include <machine/ansi.h> so that this file is self-sufficient again.
Rev.1.6 doesn't do this as claimed unless <nlist.h> has nonstandard
pollution.

Cleaned up includes.
