Arun Sharma d7cf64c9a1 Use a 256MB TR instead of a 64MB TR to make sure that the kernel
text/data are covered on APs. This enables the kernel to boot on
a 4 way Intel Itanium-2 platform. This has a secondary effect of
keeping the TRs identical on BP and the APs.
