peter 322f2ad0c1 Add some notes about the globalness of certain things like interrupts ... and ISA DMA channels (ie: on most PCI systems, they are not.. they are on the ISA side of the PCI-ISA bridge and could be duplicated if there were multiple PCI-ISA bridges, say in a laptop docking station), while the APIC resources would be global on SMP systems.
