Thomas Gellekum 96ba60ede2 Install a VGA font for the X11 mode. Use a line like 
xset fp+ /usr/libdata/doscmd/fonts
in your .xsession to activate it.

Document X11_FONT option in .doscmdrc.

Open window if $DISPLAY is set.
