Roger Hardiman 6d30ce34c5 Update PicoBSD kernel config files. Changes are 
removal of bio, tty, net
  removal of quotes
  switches from isa? to nexus? or atkbdc?
  additional comments

  These bring the kernel config files in sync with those in
  RELENG_3
