John Baldwin 3bdbd658f1 - Since td_critnest is now initialized in MI code, it doesn't have to be
set in cpu_critical_fork_exit() anymore.
- As far as I can tell, cpu_thread_link() has never been used, not even
  when it was originally added, so remove it.
