Dmitry Chagin 580dd797fd Introduce linux_kernver() interface which is intended for an exact
designation of the emulated kernel version.

linux_kernver() returns integer value formatted as 'VVVMMMIII' where
VVV - version, MMM - major revision, III - minor revision.
