Robert Millan 4a47892c81 Add MK_SOURCELESS build option. Setting MK_SOURCELESS to "no" will disable kernel modules that include binary-only code. More fine-grained control is provided via MK_SOURCELESS_HOST (for native code that runs on host CPU) and MK_SOURCELESS_UCODE (for microcode). This directory tree contains tools used for the maintenance and
testing of FreeBSD.  There is no toplevel Makefile structure since
these tools are not meant to be built as part of the standard system,
though there may be individual Makefiles in some of the subdirs.

Please read the README files in the subdirs for further information.
