freebsd-dev/usr.bin/xlint/common/mem.c
Pedro F. Giffuni c0089353cf xlint: update.
Bring some important updates from NetBSD up to about 2008/04/25.
The main feature is initial support for C99.

This is a very basic update to make it easier to merge new
compiler attirbutes but more updates are likely to follow.
