Ed Maste 74e8d41e0a Retire BINUTILS and BINUTILS_BOOTSTRAP options As of r361857 all BINUTILS options are disabled by default - ports have been changed to depend on binutils if they require GNU as, and all base system assembly files have been switched to use Clang's integrated assembler. This directory tree contains tools used for the maintenance and
testing of FreeBSD.  There is no toplevel Makefile structure since
these tools are not meant to be built as part of the standard system,
though there may be individual Makefiles in some of the subdirs.

Please read the README files in the subdirs for further information.
