Poul-Henning Kamp cf9fa8e725 Move suser() and suser_xxx() prototypes and a related #define from <sys/proc.h> to <sys/systm.h>. Correctly document the #includes needed in the manpage. This protocol implements IPX/SPX over Ethernet_II frame type 0x8137.
Please note: the SPX implementation may require further work and testing
to insure proper operation.
