Daniel Eischen fc9ae54dca Correct a comment. 
Staticize two tables thare are not visible in <resolv.h>
and which are also local in Solaris' libresolv.

Remove two functions that are not referenced in libc nor
anywhere else I can find, not visible in <resolv.h> and
which are also local in Solaris libresolv.
