Bump the rescue size from 1.2GB to just shy of 8GB as things have grown somewhat. Also make it possible to build rescue somewhere other than /usr/src. Sponsored by: Netflix |

There is no toplevel Makefile structure since these tools are not meant to be built as part of the standard system, though there may be individual Makefiles in some of the subdirs.
