Toomas Soome 007278ebf0 zfsbootcfg: use vfs.root.mountfrom and update nextboot on every vdev
vfs.zfs.boot.primary_pool is only set on BIOS boot, use vfs.root.mountfrom
instead and update all vdevs on pool.
