Warner Losh a179cd9114 Replace LOADER_FIREWIRE_SUPPORT variable ... Rename LOADER_FIREWIRE_SUPPORT to MK_LOADER_FIREWIRE. Only build libfirewire when this is "yes". Add note to updating.
