Poul-Henning Kamp 756d52a195 Initialize struct pr_userreqs in new/sparse style and fill in common 
default elements in net_init_domain().

This makes it possible to grep these structures and see any bogosities.

This protocol implements IPX/SPX over Ethernet_II frame type 0x8137.
Please note: the SPX implementation may require further work and testing
to insure proper operation.
