The
.Fn acl_set_entry_type_np
function
is a non-portable call that sets the type of the NFSv4 ACL entry
.Fa entry_d
to the value referred to by
.Fa entry_type .

Valid values are:

is not a valid descriptor for an ACL entry.

is not valid.
ACL is already branded as POSIX.1e.

by the hardware or system-imposed memory management constraints.
