Scott Long eed99e7557 cam_periph_runccb() changed several years ago to overwrite the ccb callback ... pointer. It's now unhelpful and misleading for callers to continue to set it, so bring all callers into conformance. There's no real functional change, but it makes reading the code a lot less confusing.
