Mike Smith ba2ace5164 Change the queueing model used by the controller to drastically reduce ... the time spent at splbio(). We now avoid it unless we are actually manipulating the command queues themselves. This doesn't improve performance noticeably, but should improve concurrency somewhat.		1999-10-26 23:18:57 +00:00
