Garrett Wollman cfe8b629f1 Yow! Completely change the way socket options are handled, eliminating
another specialized mbuf type in the process.  Also clean up some
of the cruft surrounding IPFW, multicast routing, RSVP, and other
ill-explored corners.

This protocol implements IPX/SPX over Ethernet_II frame type 0x8137.
Please note: the SPX implementation may require further work and testing
to insure proper operation.
