Justin Hibbits 864092bcaa Remove ARM and MIPS from linuxkpi ioremap_attr definition
ARM and MIPS fail universe builds.

ARM and MIPS are missing the following:
* VM_MEMATTR_WRITE_THROUGH
* VM_MEMATTR_WRITE_COMBINING
