Enji Cooper ca62bc5f7e Use different ports in the TCP/UDP testcases with the first set and the second set (increment the original ports by 10) This avoids issues where the first listening socket might not be torn down by the time it makes it to the second set of testcases. This directory tree contains tools used for the maintenance and
testing of FreeBSD.  There is no toplevel Makefile structure since
these tools are not meant to be built as part of the standard system,
though there may be individual Makefiles in some of the subdirs.

Please read the README files in the subdirs for further information.
