Marcel Moolenaar f5a9fc710a Replace "__asm __volatile()" by equivalent support functions from ... ia64_cpu.h. This improves readability and consistency and aids in auditing the code. Add instruction-serialization after writing to cr.pta. Delay enabling interrupts until after we setup the clocks and after we program the task priority register.
