Alan Somers cf0977ad72 Parallelize vdev_validate 
The runtime of vdev_validate is dominated by the disk accesses in
vdev_label_read_config.  Speed it up by validating all vdevs in
parallel using a taskq.

OpenZFS is an advanced file system and volume manager which was originally developed for Solaris and is now maintained by the OpenZFS community. This repository contains the code for running OpenZFS on Linux and FreeBSD.
