Gleb Smirnoff a5ae1a9829 The -f check here is used to determine whether we have a single kernel 
config or a list of them.  Put the variable into quotes, to avoid syntax
error from [ in case of list.  Without this change list is still working,
but an error is reported in the build log file.

$FreeBSD$

This directory tree contains tools used for the maintenance and
testing of FreeBSD.  There is no toplevel Makefile structure since
these tools are not meant to be built as part of the standard system,
though there may be individual Makefiles in some of the subdirs.

Please read the README files in the subdirs for further information.
