Tim J. Robbins a5b0089e65 Add function versions of getchar_unlocked(), getc_unlocked(),
putchar_unlocked(), putc_unlocked(), feof_unlocked(), ferror_unlocked(),
clearerr_unlocked(), and fileno_unlocked(). The first four are required
by POSIX. The rest are provided for consistency.
