Warner Losh 4d846d260e spdx: The BSD-2-Clause-FreeBSD identifier is obsolete, drop -FreeBSD
The SPDX folks have obsoleted the BSD-2-Clause-FreeBSD identifier. Catch
up to that fact and revert to their recommended match of BSD-2-Clause.

* This is confusingly named. It holds per-thread state about the

* NB: args[] stores the raw argument values (e.g. from registers)

* one. A system call description may omit individual arguments
