Warner Losh a35f04fba2 Adopt SRCTOP in usr.bin
Prefer ${SRCTOP}/foo over ${.CURDIR}/../../foo and ${SRCTOP}/usr.bin/foo
over ${.CURDIR}/../foo for paths in Makefiles.
