Enji Cooper 98682851f2 Integrate tools/regression/lib/libc/stdlib into the FreeBSD test suite
as lib/libc/tests/stdlib

- Make the code a bit more style(9) compliant
- Convert a sizeof(x)/sizeof(x[0]) to nitems
