Sergey Kandaurov 396a7f5025 Stop documenting vgonel() after its converting to the static function:
svn r147332 (by jeff): "Don't make vgonel() globally visible".
While here, specify the vnode locking scheme for vgone().

.Sh DESCRIPTION
The
.Fn vflush
function removes any vnodes in the vnode table that belong to the given
.Vt mount
structure.

Its arguments are:

.It Fa mp
The mount point whose vnodes should be removed.
.It Fa rootrefs
The number of references expected on the root vnode.
.Xr vrele 9
will be invoked on the root vnode

times.

The flags indicating how vnodes should be handled.

If set, busy vnodes will be forcibly closed.
