Conrad Meyer f634b92384 Bring in JHB's cryptocheck tool It can be used to validate basic algorithm correctness on a variety of inputs, by comarison to openssl. While here, add some sanity to the crypto/Makefile. The tool may not be perfect, but getting it in tree where collaboration can happen is a nice first step. This directory tree contains tools used for the maintenance and
testing of FreeBSD.  There is no toplevel Makefile structure since
these tools are not meant to be built as part of the standard system,
though there may be individual Makefiles in some of the subdirs.

Please read the README files in the subdirs for further information.
