Jeff Roberson 6f2671750e Remove malloc_type's ks_limit. ... Updated the kmemzones logic such that the ks_size bitmap can be used as an index into it to report the size of the zone used. Create the kern.malloc sysctl which replaces the kvm mechanism to report similar data. This will provide an easy place for statistics aggregation if malloc_type statistics become per cpu data.
